How to get the Canto blueprint in ARC Raiders

Canto in ARC Raiders

The Canto is one of the two new weapons in ARC Raiders that can be found post the launch of the Flashpoint update. You can find it from looting the body of a downed opponent, but ideally, you’ll want to find the weapon’s blueprint. That way, you can craft it whenever you have the correct resources.

Let’s find out how you can find the blueprint in the first place.

How to find the Canto blueprint in ARC Raiders

As I mentioned, the Canto is one of the two new guns. While the Dolabra is strictly tied to the Close Scrutiny map condition, the Canto’s blueprint seems to be tied to the Hurricane map condition. I am unsure if this is the only way to obtain it, but the blueprint seems to appear in First Wave Raider caches.

First Wave Raider caches can be found on a map when the Hurricane map condition is active. These caches can be found on all maps (except Stella Montis) but only when the storm is active. These caches, in general, are extremely well-rewarding when you’re trying to find blueprints.

Unfortunately, the Canto doesn’t have a fixed spawn location. It’s also possible that the weapon or its blueprint could be part of a future project (as rewards). For the time being, the best option is to open as many First Raider Wave caches and hope to get lucky.

As an alternative, you can also try your luck with high-tier loot areas on maps. These named POIs are highlighted by a red border. I have tried a few spots (namely, the Pilgrim’s Peak in Blue Gate and the Control Tower in Dam Battlegrounds), but I didn’t find the Canto (or its blueprint).

How to craft the Canto in ARC Raiders

Once you’ve obtained the blueprint, you can craft the weapon if you have a Level 3 Gunsmith workstation. You’re also going to need the following resources:

  • Two Advanced Mechanical Components: You can get them from advanced ARCs or craft them.
  • Five Magnets: Can be obtained as random loot
  • Three Medium Gun Parts: You can craft them at a workstation.

The Canto is far cheaper to make compared to the Dolabra. While teh Canto is pretty fun to use, it lacks in damage. You’ll need to get a few upgrades to make it viable in PvP (I will avoid using this in PvE).

Scrappy with a hat in ARC Raiders

Our beloved Scrappy is no longer the rooster that it was in ARC Raiders, and you can now feed it different items. The new feeding boost system is an extension of the default upgrade system since you can get bonuses.

This guide will state all the bonus rewards that you can get from feeding Scrappy with various food items.

All ARC Raiders Scrappy feeding boosts explained

There are two types of bonuses you can activate by feeding Scrappy. The table below has all the important information that you’ll need when trying to activate the boosts.

Both the Feeding Rewards and Resource Bonus will be activated for one round once Scrappy has been fed. The bonuses and rewards will be determined by what you’re feeding Scrappy, and you can queue up to six different food items.

Once the round is finished, you’ll get your applicable rewards. The collection box has a limit, so check it after every round or two to see if Scrappy has managed to get anything valuable.

How to feed Scrappy in ARC Raiders

Once you have a food item, you can feed it to Scrappy. If you have extra, you can add it to the queue. That way, you won’t need to add the food item after every round manually. Once the round is over, you’ll get the bonus materials in the Collection Box.

Ideally, you should always feed food items that match your requirements (in terms of the offered bonuses).
