You can get the Secret Lulu unit in Universal Tower Defense by finishing the Power of Kings quest in your Personal Quests tab. You’ll have to be at least Level 30 to start the quest and then there’s a couple of steps to finishing it which I will show you step-by-step. Here’s how to get Lulu in Universal Tower Defense.

How to Complete Lulu Quest in Universal Tower Defense
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to complete the Lelouch/Power of Kings quest and get Lulu in Universal Tower Defense:
- First, reach level 30 and complete the Introduction quest, claim the Power of Kings quest in your Personal quests (Quest Tab) so that it says you need to find a distressed NPC.
- Then, find an NPC with a glowing red symbol above them in the lobby and talk to them (This can be either Naruto, Luffy, Gin or other anime NPCs around the lobby so just look for the red symbol above their head).
- Go and play any level from that NPC’s map in Story, find the chessboard in the level (there are 3 but 1 works) and complete the chess game puzzle (Ninja Forest for Naruto NPC, Marine Base for One Piece NPC and Hollowed Moon for Bleach NPC).
- Go talk to Cici/Mysterious Witch in front of the AFK World/Next to Like+Group rewards station and she’ll give you three different quests one after the other.
- These are Clear 80 Waves, Kill 15 bosses and Upgrade 75 Relics (You can do these on Infinite Ninja Forest Easy Mode on 0 Difficulty).
- Then the final quest will be to place down 5000 units in any game mode which you can again do on an easy map in Infinite using cheap Rares with high placements.
- Once you finish all of these steps you will get Lulu by claiming him in your Personal Quest menu via the Power of Kings quest.
And now you have one of the best support Air units in the game.

Universal Tower Defense Lulu Showcase
Lulu is a unique support Hybrid Secret unit that doesn’t attack but instead issues orders to enemies and allies within his range. The orders are listed below and Lulu’s cooldown determines how fast you can issue different orders/Gehas. Here are all of his orders:
- Stand Still!: Stuns enemies for 4 seconds. Enemies can collide with other enemies.
- Retreat!: Enemies will walk backwards for 40% of the time they are in Lulu’s range.
- Attack!: Enemies will walk backwards for 2 seconds and collide with other enemies.
- Absolute Control! (On upgrade, 600s cooldown): Activates current order on every enemy on the map.
- Beam! (On upgrade, 120s cooldown): Summons the Shinhira to deal 100% Damage to units in front of Lulu.

Call of Duty grinders, the wait for competitive play is just a bit longer, but it’s well on the way.
Ranked Play in Black Ops 7 is not available at launch, but it’s coming before you know it. When it arrives, multiplayer gamers will have all sorts of ranks and rewards to earn as they level up and climb the competitive ladder.
Here’s everything we know about Ranked Play in BO7, including when to expect it.
When is BO7 Ranked Play coming out?
According to Treyarch and Activision, Ranked Play will be available as part of season two of BO7. The start date for season two is not official yet, but according to the season one battle pass’s in-game countdown timer, it should be on Feb. 5, 2026.
CoD seasons last about two months long, and season one began on Dec. 4, 2025. While Feb. 5 is not set in stone, it’s a likely date alongside Feb. 12 or even Feb. 19 depending on if it gets delayed or not (which is, unfortunately, always a possibility). When this season is live, Ranked Play will be live along with it.
Season two will also bring everything that CoD players expect from seasonal drops, like new weapons, new maps, new Zombies experiences, new Warzone modes, and even updates for the PvE Endgame activity. But Ranked Play is where the hardcore players will be looking to flex.
More about Ranked Play will be revealed in January 2026, but for now, players can expect more of the same when it comes to Ranked that was seen in previous titles like Black Ops 6 and Modern Warfare III, including:
- Multiple ranks and skill divisions to grind through
- Call of Duty League-inspired ruleset, modes, and maps
- Exclusive rewards like camos and player cards every season
- Plus more
Stay tuned for more official info from Activision some time after the holiday season on when to expect season two of BO7 and everything that will be included within it.
