How to get all Save the World Community Goal rewards in Fortnite

Three characters fighting back to back in fortnite save the world

Fortnite’s epic monster-battling game mode, Save the World, is finally becoming free-to-play this year. To prepare for this exciting launch, the devs have launched a pre-registration process with a collection of Community Goals that grant rewards.

Anytime there are freebies up for grabs in Fortnite, you won’t want to miss out on them, as they might not come back for a long time, if ever. And even if they do, they’ll likely only be available in the shop for V-Bucks. This campaign has a few cool assets worth unlocking, so here’s how to get all Save the World Community Goal rewards in Fortnite.

All Fortnite Save the World Community Goal rewards

There are three free prizes that can be earned throughout the Community Goal rewards campaign for Fortnite Save the World. These items are unlocked as specific goalposts are met, all of which revolve around players registering for Save the World. Here’s what’s available to unlock and how many players need to sign up for each item to be granted.

How to get Save the World Community Goal rewards in Fortnite

You can get Save the World Community Goal rewards by registering for it before April 16. Once you’ve registered, it’s up to the rest of the community to do the same, as the prizes will only be released if each goalpost is met. In total, 1,000,000 players must register before the launch date for everyone to receive all rewards.

How long are Fortnite Save the World Community Goal rewards available for?

All Community Goal rewards in the Save the World event are available until April 16. As long as you register at some point before this date, you’ll receive all rewards that are unlocked as enough players join the campaign to get them, even if you join after some have already been reached.

How to check Fortnite Save the World Community Goal progress

You can see how much progress has been made for the Save the World Community Goals by visiting the official website. There’s a progress bar in the middle of the page, and this bar is updated regularly as additional players join the campaign.

When will Fortnite Save the World Community Goal rewards be granted?

When the first two goals are met, the corresponding two Community Goal prizes will be granted right away. The final prize works a bit differently, though, and won’t be unlocked until after April 16. First-time Save the World players will unlock the Snowstrike Hero skin after completing the tutorial, while those who have already played it will receive this look right away.

There are plenty of quests worth tackling around the island while you wait for Save the World to arrive. Some good ones to work on are checking in with The Order or The Visitor about the base, finding Human Billentering Dumpsters or Flushers in different matches, and using Treasure Cannons to collect items for the base.
