KAIZEN Cursed Technique Tier List – Best Techniques

kaizen cursed technique tier list and guide

KAIZEN’s cursed technique system is all about progression and farming across Grade 4, 3, 2, 1 and Special. It’s not worth it to grind each Grade and CT so instead let’s talk about the best CTs in early, mid and late game. Here’s my KAIZEN cursed technique tier list and guide.

Cursed Technique Tier List in KAIZEN

The best cursed techniques in KAIZEN are King Curses and Idle Transfiguration for both PVP and PVE with KC having an edge in PVP. The A-Tier is full of alternative options for early, mid and pre-late game until you get King Curses or Idle. Let’s talk about each CT individually below and why I’ve ranked it the way I did.

S-Tier Cursed Techniques

S-Tier CTs Ranking Reasons

King Curses
Special Grade
• The highest DPS potential of all CTs, especially with the Sukuna Clan
• Best for both PVE and PVP now that Limitless is a bit weaker
• Fuga/Divine Flame and the Domain have massive AOE damage that hits everything
• That said, requires a ton of grinding for the base version and farming Domain Shards for the Domain
• Just be careful of using the Sukuna Clan with this in PVP because the Clan ability is punishable due to animation lag

Idle Transfiguration
Special Grade
• Up there with King Curses as the top 2 best CTs in the game
• Really strong against humanoid enemies due to the grabs
• Has a lot of PVE and PVP flexible moves with both single target and AOE damage
• I would go for Idle over King Curses if you don’t want to grind as much since IT is easier to farm and strong without Domain too

A-Tier Cursed Techniques

A-Tier CTs Ranking Reasons

Limitless
Special Grade
• Still has good burst damage and a decent domain so it’s good for PVE
• That said Limitless isn’t top-tier anymore in terms of DPS and the domain is a bit weaker than before
• Still a great choice but there are cheaper options that are just as good and also stronger options

Blood Manipulation
Grade 1
• A bit tricky to farm for Grade 1 standards since you have to grind Choso raid
• That said it’s really strong for a kiting playstyle where you try to outrange your opponent
• The R can deal a ton of damage on a full hit and the Clan ability heal plus speed buff are quite good for PVP
• Plus it’s just really safe to play for PVE too due to great range
• Not as strong as Finger Bearer DPS wise or S-Tiers but a valid flexibile option for PVE/PVP

Finger Bearer
Grade 1
• Really easy to farm option that deals excellent damage
• Excellent for maining mid to late game until you get King Curses or Idle
• Leans more toward PVE with its damage burst but it’s decent for PVP as well

Straw Doll
Grade 2
• Really underrated due to being Grade 2 but it’s actually an incredible farming tool
• One of the best things to rush in PVE
• The V is your main tool for immobilization and comboing with Melee/Swords
• Just an overall excellent supporting moveset that will carry you into the late game
• That said the moves are a bit weak DPS-wise so combo it with a good fighting style or weapon

Shock Amplification
Grade 2
• Shock Amplification is another excellent PVE farming tool due to high damage and being easy-to-get
• Cryofrost is better for PVP so SA is strictly for farming and progression
• Once you get higher-tier CTs switch to them but SA will carry you there

B-Tier Cursed Techniques

B-Tier CTs Ranking Reasons

Cryofrost
Grade 1
• A bit weak for PVE due to lower damage than the higher tiers
• However, it’s extremely good for PVP due to massive combo potential
• In fact, Cryofrost probably has some of the best PVP combos in the game
• I put it in B-Tier for its specific use since it’s not as flexibile

Rot
Grade 1
• Much weaker than Cryofrost but still an okay PVE option
• Don’t use it in PVP though

C-Tier Cursed Techniques

C-Tier CTs Ranking Reasons

Cursed Speech
Grade 3
• With the rework it’s actually quite good for PVE farming
• The moves deal great damage and there’s some PVP potential too mid-game with the Clan ability enhanced hitbox
• That said it gets outclassed by Cryofrost and higher tiers later on

D-Tier Cursed Techniques

D-Tier CTs Ranking Reasons

Devil’s Broom
Grade 3
• Decent utility with this one but overall weak
• Note that the M1s scale with Weapon stats

Construction
Grade 4
• An okay CT when you’re starting out for progression
• Switch it out when you can

Cloning Technique
Grade 4
• Probably the weakest CT in the entire game

Boogie Woogie
Grade 3
• Okay to have as a mobility tool on a Weapon or Melee build
• Otherwise it’s horrible to focus on

KAIZEN Cursed Technique FAQ

What is the best Cursed Technique and Clan in KAIZEN?

The best CTs are King Curses and Idle while the best Clans are Sukuna and Mahito for PVE and Gojo/Itadori/Uraume for PVP.

How best to reset stats in KAIZEN?

You can reset stats via Stat Purity Tokens which you can get from Chests, Bosses, World Bosses, AFK World or buy it with Robux.

How to farm a specific cursed technique in Kaizen?

Besides the usual core materials which you get from regular enemies and bosses, the last material in a row for advanced CTs is from that technique’s raid. For example, for Blood Manipulation you need to farm Choso raid or for Idle Transfiguration you need to farm Mahito raid.

What stat boosts Cursed Technique damage in KAIZEN?

CTs are boosted by the Cursed Energy stat even though it doesn’t state that it boosts damage.

What is the best Cursed Technique progression?

Go for Construction then Straw Doll then Finger Bearer as optional before Idle Transfiguration if you don’t want to farm Domain Shards since IT is great even without the Domain. If you are farming Domain Shards then King Curses is the best one in the game.

Rainbow Six Mobile promo image

Rainbow Six Mobile is now available on mobile devices worldwide, and there are a fair number of operators to unlock at launch.

Operators in Rainow Six Mobile are broadly categorized into Attackers and Defenders. Suffice to say, every Operator is different in terms of how they operate. Despite the game being in its early days, some Operators are simply better.

This guide will help you figure out which Operators are pretty strong in the current meta, and which ones are best avoided at all costs.

Complete Rainbow Six Mobile Attackers tier list

To separate the Operators, I have used four different tiers.

  • S-tier Operators are the best choices in their respective roles, and they’re extremely strong at launch.
  • A-tier Operators are pretty close to the names on the S-tier, but they have a few weaknesses.
  • B-tier Operators are strong characters to consider, but they’re not exactly meta.
  • C-tier Operators are either clunky or just poor overall. They’re best avoided unless you’re a fan.

First, let’s look at the Attackers.

S-tier

NameReason
HibanaHibana is the best breacher in the current roster, all thanks to her X-Kairos Launcher. She can breach fortified and softer walls equally well and open new areas for her allies.
DokkaebiHaving information on your hand is crucial, and that’s where Dokkaebi comes in. While I don’t like the fact that you have to get at least one kill with her, the ability is absolutely overpowered.
ThatcherThatcher is arguably the best supporter in the entire game and his EMPs are great to disable opposition gadgets. This can put the enemy team on backfoot and hand your allies an unexpected advantage.
LionSimilar to Dokkaebi, Lion can reveal enemy movements. His signature weapon helps to restrict the enemy movement, and you can also use it to corner isolated targets.

A-tier

NameReason
ThermiteThermite is almost as effective as Hibana when it comes to breaching doors. However, his Exothermic Charges can be slightly clunky to handle, which puts him in the A-tier.
TwitchShe is one of the easiest characters to master as her Shock Drone auto-targets and disables enemy gadgets. She’s A-tier since the enemy can shoot at her when she’s controlling the drone.
Capitao Since he can cover the enemy’s vision of the map, you can force your opponents to play in certain zones. This allows your allies to corner and flush them out for easy kills.
AshA solid breacher who can open up multiple entry-points and secure them due to her incredible speed. However, you’ll still need to master the art of rushing in, as timing it poorly can end with you getting killed instead.

B-tier

NameReason
SledgeWhile Sledge is limited as a breacher due to the slow speed of his hammer, his melee ability makes it easy for you to learn the basics with him.
DeimosThis is one of the hardest attackers to master, and he also struggles when playing alone. Deimos can be considered as A-tier in a well-coordinated team.
BuckBuck is the perfect example of an Operator who can do almost everything without specializing in any area. His ability to break soft surfaces without having to change his primary is really cool.
YingThe Candela Flash Charge is amazing at blinding the enemy, but aiming it with precision is extremely difficult on a mobile device. You’ll also need other allies to max out its effectiveness.

C-tier

NameReason
GlazThe Therman Flip Scope allows Glaz to see enemies in smoke, or when you’re hidden in smoke. The problem is the heavy reliance on smoke. If there’s no smoke, Glaz’s ability has zero value.
ATK RecruitGood starting operator with an extra gadget, but should be replaced at the earliest possibility.

Rainbow Six Mobile Defenders tier list

For Defenders, I have once again used a four-grade tier system, with similar logic behind every rank.

S-tier

NameReason
MiraMira’s Black Mirror allows you to view enemies through soft and reinforced surfaces, which is such a fun ability to have. Moreover, the enemy will have no idea that you’re well aware of their movements.
BanditArguably the best Defender in the current meta, his Shock Wires are absolutely stunning. The gadget can nullify almost all Breacher abilities and prevents them from breaking the surface.
MuteHe becomes a must-have if the opposition has Dokkaebi. Mute can deny all opposition information with his drones. His jammer also activates against enemy gadgets that can be detonated remotely.
MaestroMaestro’s Evil Eye is great at detecting enemies with its laser, and the high durability is a bonus.

A-tier

NameReason
SmokeSmoke is a classic Defender who uses his Gas Grenade to keep enemies from entering specific areas. The effects last for a decent amount of time.
JagerJager has one of the simplest gameplay. Once you plant his Magpie Defense Systerm, it’s job done. Your remaining task is to hold the strategic points and shoot at the opposition attackers.
KapkanKapkan’s Entry Denial Device is a brilliant hybrid that can either hinder enemy movement, or even get kills (thanks to the five charges).
FrostHer Welcome Mats, if placed properly, can restrict enemy Attackers for the rest of the Round. However, the placement is key to maximize their effects.

B-tier

NameReason
CaveiraIf you’re good at takedowns, Caveira is S-tier. She can locate all enemies by completing an interrogation (which requires you to take down a single enemy).
ValkyrieWhile her Black Eye Camera can provide information to the team, it takes a lot of time to set them up effectively. Sometimes, rounds might be over before you can properly set up all her cameras.
CastleHis Armor Panel is great at slowing down enemies when they’re trying to push on to the objective.
RookA very basic Defender who has extra HP to take more damage. However, he is slightly slow to move.

C-tier

The DEF Recruit is a good operator to learn the role of a Defender, but he doesn’t have much use otherwise.
