When is The Office coming to Fortnite?

Whispers that The Office will be the latest franchise to join the infinitely expanding Fortnite IP gestalt have been fluttering around for a while, now. Maybe one day I’ll learn to stop doubting them.

It is, indeed, happening: The Office‘s Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute are coming to Fortnite, and they’ll be here a lot faster than you think.

When are Michael and Dwight coming to Fortnite?

Rumors that The Office was coming to Fortnite have been trickling out of credible sources for weeks. Epic Games itself all but confirmed the impending ‘merger with a Twitter post referencing Dwight’s unhealthy obsession with beets, but it was legendary Fortnite leaker Hypex who formally cracked the lid on the impending crossover.

Thanks to Hypex, we know that Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute are joining Fortnite as official skins. If Hypex and other leakers are right, the two will be available on the Fortnite store sometime on January 23 and February 6. We’ll only know when the shop resets, which it usually does around 7:00 EST.

What’s in Fortnite’s The Office bundle?

If there’s one thing Fortnite has consistently gotten right, it’s the level of detail they cram into their IP skins and cosmetics, and The Office isn’t missing out on that love. The Michael and Dwight skins capture both characters’ meme-spawning quirks. Michael’s resting “I’m not mad, I’m disappointed” stare is still as soul-scorching, and the surreal appeal of Dwite’s mustard shirt is as immaculate as ever.

On top of that, the bundle comes with a collection of accessories and emotes inspired by The Office’s expansive history of iconic gags. Here’s a quick breakdown of everything you get from Fortnite‘s The Office bundle.

Free-to-play title Highguard is coming soon to PC and consoles, and this guide will help you keep track of the upcoming launch.

There has been plenty of debate and discussions ever since Highguard was revealed at The Game Awards last year. If you’re looking jump in right at launch, then you have come to the right place.

Highguard release countdown

Highguard goes live on PC and consoles on Monday, Jan. 26. The release date has been known since the first reveal, and thankfully, there haven’t been any delays. The following countdown will expire once the game goes live across all global regions.

• 12pm CT
• 1pm ET
• 6pm UTC
• 7pm CET

The game will be available at the same time across all platforms. If you’re still on old-gen consoles, Highguard won’t be available for you to enjoy. It’s coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

What to expect from Highguard

Highguard arrives from the makers of Titanfall and Apex Legends, and it’s a PvP raid shooter at its core. Players ride, raid, and fight one another to gain control of a mythical continent. While actual information is pretty sporadic at the time of writing, the key idea is pretty simple.

You’ll battle rival Warden crews to gain possession of the Shieldbreaker. Once done, you can break into and destroy the enemy base to gain victory. Of course, things won’t be easy when your opponents aim to do the same with your base. The fun begins on Monday, and it will be interesting to see if Highguard will manage to make a significant impact in an already-saturated genre.
