Binding Vows are a secondary or tertiary factor of your build but can be a nice little damage or defense boost if you pick the best ones. That said, the most viable ones depend drastically on whether you’re focusing on PVP or PVE. That’s why I made two KAIZEN Binding Vow tier lists for both modes.
Best Binding Vows in KAIZEN for PVE/PVP
Here’s what you need to know about the best Vows in KAIZEN for PVP and PVE:
- Last Stand: Pretty much the best option for any CE build if you’re not taking Overcharged in PVE and Glass Cannon in PVP. It’s only A-Tier because it’s a bit less universal since it’s best with a full CE build.
- PVE Offense: Something like Curse Extermination is made as an easy-to-access tool for solely PVE. That said Glass Cannon and Overcharged have a higher DPS potential that’s worth the drawbacks. Overcharged is specifically something you can only use in PVE since no player is going to let you charge a move unpunished.
- PVP Offense: One-Sided Slaughter is an easy DPS boost with low drawbacks since you’re comboing much more frequently in PVP rather than PVE. Glass Cannon remains a viable option but don’t take Overcharged since you’ll get easily punished during the charge up time.
- Overall Defense: Last Stand gives you self-sustain and Berserk basically give you a partial second life with both putting you back into the fight when you make too many mistakes if you know how to use them and you don’t get nuked down.
- Notable Low Rarities: Sorcerer’s Will and Fragile Resolve are quite decent low-rarity options for progression if you can’t get the higher rarities.
- Heavenly Restrictions: Both versions are a trap in my opinion since the buffs are quite low and aren’t worth disabling a huge mechanic. Even Weapon-focused builds get a ton of utility from techniques and vice versa.

Our beloved Scrappy is no longer the rooster that it was in ARC Raiders, and you can now feed it different items. The new feeding boost system is an extension of the default upgrade system since you can get bonuses.
This guide will state all the bonus rewards that you can get from feeding Scrappy with various food items.
All ARC Raiders Scrappy feeding boosts explained
There are two types of bonuses you can activate by feeding Scrappy. The table below has all the important information that you’ll need when trying to activate the boosts.
| Food item | Feeding Rewards | Resource Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Agave | Mods/Mod crafting materials | Assorted Seeds |
| Apricot | Gunsmith material or equipment | Metal Parts |
| Fruit Mix | Better chance of finding Topside materials | Rubber Parts Fabric Chemicals Metal Parts Plastic Parts Assorted Seeds |
| Lemon | Explosive Station materials or equipment | Chemicals |
| Mushroom | Gear Bench materials or equipment | Plastic Parts |
| Olives | Medical lab materials or equipment | Fabric |
| Prickly Pear | Utility Station material or equipment | Rubber Parts |
Both the Feeding Rewards and Resource Bonus will be activated for one round once Scrappy has been fed. The bonuses and rewards will be determined by what you’re feeding Scrappy, and you can queue up to six different food items.
Once the round is finished, you’ll get your applicable rewards. The collection box has a limit, so check it after every round or two to see if Scrappy has managed to get anything valuable.
How to feed Scrappy in ARC Raiders
Once you have a food item, you can feed it to Scrappy. If you have extra, you can add it to the queue. That way, you won’t need to add the food item after every round manually. Once the round is over, you’ll get the bonus materials in the Collection Box.
Ideally, you should always feed food items that match your requirements (in terms of the offered bonuses).
