Starting off, every Mii you make lives in their own individual house in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream, but you can also eventually get Miis to live together as you progress. It’s not all that easy to do, though.
Like most features, this one isn’t directly explained to you until it actually happens. This makes figuring out what needs to be done rather tough, so here’s how to get Miis to live together in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream.

How to get Miis to move in together in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream
To get Miis to live together, you need to work on building up their friendship in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream. Only Miis who have a superb bond have a chance of asking to move in together.
Unfortunately, there’s no direct way to force Miis to live together. Instead, all you can do is push for it to happen by bringing the Miis you want to live together close together as often as possible, either by dragging and dropping them close to each other wherever they are, or by having them dine together at the restaurant.
Overall, you need to try your hardest to help them build a strong friendship or romantic relationship. Both friendly and romantic Miis have a chance of asking to move in together, so either option works. Generally, though, you want them to be at least great friends or better to have a shot at this option appearing.
When two Miis get married, they’ll automatically ask to move in together after the wedding if they aren’t already sharing a space, so working on having Miis romance each other is a good way to ensure they eventually end up living together. This usually takes a while, though, so there’s a good chance you’ll be able to get them to move in as friends sooner along the way.
If a Mii wants to move in with someone, they’ll have a Pondering bubble over their head. When you click it, they’ll let you know they’d like to move in with someone. At this point, you can either agree to the idea or say no. Be sure to tell the Mii it’s a good idea if you want it to happen.
How many Miis can live together in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream?
Up to eight Miis can live together in one large shared house. This can’t happen right away, though, and is instead a long-term goal you’ll have to work up to, as you can only add one new roommate at a time, and the bonds between Miis need to be high to make it happen.
How to get more than two Miis to move in together in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream
To get more than two Miis to live together, you need to slowly build up the bonds between all residents you want to share a home. Technically, any Mii who has a strong bond with another Mii can ask to move in with them, but for the best odds of getting more than two Miis sharing a home, you’ll want to have all the Miis you want to be sharing the space be at least great friends.
Now that you know how to get Miis to move in together, you can move on to other key missions around the island. Next, you might work on learning how to get all personalities, unlocking the Ferris Wheel, checking out what all of the personality traits are, and gathering Warm Fuzzies.

Fate of the Prophets is one of the more advanced side quests you can complete in Windrose. The recommended player level is 14, so you’ll have to do a fair bit of in-game grind to gain access to the quest.
Let’s look at how to solve all the tasks of this quest in Windrose.
Windrose Fate of the Prophets quest walkthrough
The crux of the quest is about exploring the ancient observatories.
- Stargazer Tower (First Stargazer)
- Ancient Observatory
- Warlord’s death site
Travel to the Stargazer Tower (position will have a marker) and reach its inner sanctum. You’ll have to solve the puzzle to open the secret room. Head inside and interact with the Observatory Stele to find out what happened with the first Stargazer.
The second one is in an ancient observatory that’s located southeast of the Stargazer Tower. Follow the marker, and clear all enemies you can find in the area. Solve the puzzle, and reach the inner sanctum. Interact with the second Observatory Stele to find out what happened to the second Stargazer.
Follow the marker and head north to find another observatory. The basic ritual is the same: kill the enemies, head to the inner sanctum, and interact with the Observatory Stele to find out what happened with the third Stargazer.
Finally, travel to the warlord’s death site, but there won’t be anything to note. Instead, you’ll need to defeat Chick Chan. It’s not the hardest of bosses, but it has a massive health pool. Hence, you’ll inevitably take damage from its attacks. Just stock some healing items, and you should be good to go. Once Chick Chan is defeated, it will end Fate of the Prophets, and you’ll get the following rewards.
