New year, new look. That’s right: Destructoid’s about to get a bit of a glow-up.
Don’t worry, though: the hot takes, deep dives, and undeniable sass you know and love aren’t going anywhere. We’d never trade personality for polish. What we are doing, though, is rebuilding the site with you—our loyal readers—in mind, because reading Destructoid articles should feel just as good as seeing a remaster announcement for your favorite childhood game.
Our goal with this redesign was simple: make Destructoid prettier, easier, and more fun to navigate, all while giving you guys new ways to interact with the content you care about. Ads may keep the lights on, but we want the reading experience to be tailored for you.
And the good news is you won’t have to wait long, since the redesign launches tomorrow, Jan. 27. Without further ado, let’s break down what you can expect.
Like what you like (literally!)
With the new design, you’ll be able to like articles on Destructoid. No comment required, no need to come up with a witty social media caption—just a quick way to show some appreciation for an article you enjoyed. Think of it as a silent stamp of approval, or a high-five to the author who spent an ungodly amount of time writing a guide about how to romance your favorite character.
These likes help us better understand what resonates with our readers, so you can see more of the content you actually want to read.
Save articles for later
Ever start reading an article only to get distracted and lose it in your endless void of browser tabs? Same.
With our new Saved Articles feature, you can now put a digital pin in them. Whether it’s a feature you plan to argue about with normies online, or a guide you want to keep open during your playthrough, you’ll have an easier way of finding that article a second time by saving it, opening your account page, and clicking on the link. Sounds easy, right? Yeah, that’s because it is.
Get ready for game hubs
This might just be the team’s personal favorite—game hubs. These bad boys are here to organize everything you need to know about a game in one place: its release date, story overview, number of play hours, and more. It’s also where you can rate the game with your own score, discuss it with other community members, and see all the cool stuff we publish about it on a single screen.
Seamless navigation and an easier-to-read layout
The biggest change of them all is by far the most noticeable. Our website is about to look a whole lot snazzier with clearer layouts, easier on-page navigation, and a new color scheme that simply screams Destructoid with crisp reds and brighter greens. It’ll be like Christmas all over again, except instead of Santa bringing presents, it’s our IT guy bringing a new web layout.
Whether you’re on mobile, your home setup, or checking in from work (don’t worry, we won’t snitch), the site should feel smoother and less cluttered. It’s a Christmas miracle, in January!
That’s not all, folks
Remember how we said this redesign was made with you in mind? Yeah, we intend to keep it that way. We’ll be iterating, tweaking, and improving as we go, but we won’t be able to do it without your help.
When the new design launches tomorrow, like some articles and save a few favorites. Maybe let us know how you truly feel about the latest Call of Duty by giving it your own score. If you run into bugs, glitches, or anything that just feels off, reach out to us at tips@destructoid.com.

Blueprints form the backbone of your AIC factories in Arknights Endfield, and you’ll be able to create plenty on your adventures. However, you can also take advantage of community creations by importing and using their designs.
In simple words, Blueprints refer to production chain designs that can be used at your AIC base. It includes every detail of a production chain and prevents you from having to recreate everything from scratch.

Best factory Blueprint codes in Arknights Endfield
Thanks to the social media community, we already have a fair number of codes popping up on social media. Personally, I have loved using them, and will add more codes in the days to come. You can not only use these designs, but you can also tweak them to add your personal touch as required.
Most of these codes are working EU/NA. However, the codes with user names in brackets are meant for the SEA servers.
How to create Blueprints in Arknights Endfield
Before you get to import and use Blueprints made by others, it’s necessary to create one of your own.
- Enter the AIC Mode and open the Top View.
- Select Bulk Action, and then choose the portion of the design that you want to save as a Blueprint. This can be your entire design, or only a part.
- Once you have confirmed the selection, press Ctrl+S to save your Blueprint.
You can add your own names and descriptions to your Blueprints. You can also add icons and tags to categorize and identify them more easily in the future.
How to import Blueprints in Arknights Endfield
Creating your own Blueprint might be fun, but you can also use designs created by other Arknights Endfield players. This will allow you to harness the advantages of an efficient base design that might not have popped up in your brain.
- To import Blueprints, you’re going to need codes. Every Blueprint has a unique alphanumeric string like the ones posted in the next section. First, copy the code from outside the game.
- Go to your Core AIC (or Outposts).
- Enter Top View by pressing Q/R3 (if you’re using a controller).
- Press F1 to open the Blueprint menu.
- Switch to the Shared Blueprints tab, which will allow you to paste the copied code.
You can also visit another player’s base in Arknights Endfield, and directly copy a Blueprint (it automatically copies the applicable alphanumeric string).
