All weapons are good in Cursed Blade but not all weapon skills are equal. Some are quite weak and some are drastically more powerful than others so you should look for them when selecting weapons. Here’s my Cursed Blade Weapon Skill tier list and guide.

Cursed Blade Weapon Skill Tier List

My rankings for the best weapon skill in Cursed Blade are based on both raw damage, AOE and boss-killing capabilities as well as overall utility like defense/mobility/etc. You can consider the S-Tier to be the Meta options and A-Tiers as optimal alternatives so if you see them on a weapon it’s worth prioritizing them over minor stats. The C-Tiers are generally the worst options damage-wise and I would avoid weapons with them. As for B-Tiers these are situational alternatives and you can use them as long as the other two skills are from S or A.

Best & Worst Sword Skills

Best Sword Ultimate	Rage Slash	• Some of the highest burst damage you can do in Cursed Blade
Best Sword Skill	Wrath Step Slash Armor	• Wrath is massive Fury generation when fighting groups which just makes your overall build better • Step Slash is the best mobility and damage skill in the game  • Armor is a must-have in late-game for tanking
Worst Sword Ultimate		• It’s too slow and can be awkward to land in late-game boss fights
Worst Sword Skill		• Low range and low damage, I wouldn’t use this

Best & Worst Bow Skills

Best Bow Ultimate		• A much better piercing arrow option than the base skill and deals much more damage than Arrow Volley
Best Bow Skill	Lightning Arrows Frost Arrows	• Lightning Arrows are excellent crowd killers, especially against elites • Frost Arrows is both great damage and also slows to set up either your AOE skills or your allies or kite the boss around
Worst Bow Ultimate	Arrow Volley	• It’s not worth consuming all Focus since the damage is low
Worst Bow Skill	Piercing Arrows	• It is piercing but it’s just such a low damage burst

Best & Worst Staff Skills

Best Staff Ultimate	Detonation Magic	• Some of the best AOE burst damage you can get in the game for clearing groups • Scales incredibly well with Spell Volley
Best Staff Skill	Spell Volley Frost Storm	• Spell Volley is one of the best skills in the game overall • You’re basically getting a fourth skill by casting 2 skills twice • As for Frost Storm it’s just reliable AOE damage on a short cooldown
Worst Staff Ultimate	Lightning Storm	• Works similarly to Detonation Magic but it simply weaker DPS-wise
Worst Staff Skill	Fireball Scorch Ray	• Both of these just deal lower damage than other Staff skills and are more awkward to use/land on a group

Forza Horizon 6 somehow leaked and was cracked wide open over the weekend, leading to some players gaining access to it well ahead of its launch day.

The game isn’t due to launch until May 19 (the Premium Edition gets access four days earlier), but many have somehow unlocked and begun playing the game as early as a few days ago. Gameplay videos have begun appearing on YouTube, Twitch, and other websites, and it’s gotten a bit out of hand, forcing the game’s devs to address it.

It seems that players accessing the game likely has something to do with an early access review build appearing as 155 GB of unencrypted downloadable files on SteamDB, and developer Playground Games says it is “not the result of a pre-load issue.” It’s possible that a content creator or reviewer with early access broke embargo and made it all possible.

“We are taking strict enforcement action against any individuals found accessing this build including franchise-wide and hardware bans,” Playground said. “We encourage fans to sit tight for the game’s release on May 19.”

The full game is now reportedly appearing on piracy sites, although some who have accessed it say they were able to do so simply by pre-ordering. The player who was first to crack the game says that its files were not encrypted, so it’s turned into a bit of a blame game.

No matter who or what is at fault, Playground says it may be banning people who play it early, and some have taken exception to that by claiming that it was a mistake on the studio’s end and that they should not be punished for playing the game early because of it.

But for those who pirated the game illegally once it leaked, there’s no real argument to be had, so think twice before booting up the game before it’s unlocked for real later this week or next, depending on which edition you buy.
