Before we dive deep into the locations of every blueprint, it’s worth noting that some of them can be found at multiple spots. However, you will only need to find a recipe’s required materials to unlock the blueprint.

Flashlight	Fabricator	The first fragment is located in the crashed lab near the lifepod The second one is located in a cave 110m from the lifepod. Travel between 250 and 300 degrees on your compass, and then dive past the corals. The fragment will be located on a lab table.

Habitat Builder	Fabricator	Two fragments are located at the Welcome Center 80 meters southeast of the Lifepod. One is right outside of its entrance inside of a metal crate, while the other is inside a cave accessible through a hole in the center’s floor.
Repair Tool	Fabricator	The first fragment is inside Chap’s blackbox bunker 220 meters south of the Lifepod. You’ll find the repair tool atop a table inside the bunker room. The second repair tool blueprint fragment is 250 meters southeast of the bunker inside of a large ruined structure. Within these ruins is a room with an L-shaped bench in one of the corners, with the tool sitting on the couch. You’ll find a third fragment inside another ruined structure 350 meters northeast of the Lifepod. After entering the ruins through an entrance underneath the building, you’ll find the repair tool on the floor in front of two closed doorways.

The bioreactor is inside of a large metal crate next to a coral dome. The third bioreactor blueprint fragment is inside the Old Habitat POI 380 meters north of the Lifepod. You’ll find it inside the POI’s western wing.

Travel 195 degrees on the compass, and dive to about 90m of depth to find the first fragment. Go right following the path in the image below, and you’ll come across a room that has the second fragment. The final one is in the same room. Move straight, and you’ll find a gigantic clam. The fragment is at the base of the clam.
