Vampire Crawlers is now out, and there are several characters to unlock. You get the first one as early as the tutorial, but unlocking the rest isn’t as simple.

This guide will provide you with all the key information you’ll need to unlock all the Crawlers.

How to unlock all characters in Vampire Crawlers

The table below shows the unlock condition for getting all the characters that are currently available. I have also included Antonio if you’re an absolute beginner.

Arca Ladonna	Unlock the Fire Wands card by destroying 20 light sources. Then, play the card 100 times. Gold required: 420	Add 3 Mana when Arca is played. Add 1 Mana when a purple card is played.
Poe Ratcho	Unlock Garlic by picking up 5 Floor Chickens. You need to play Garlic Cards 25 times. Gold required: 360	Add 20 Area when Poe is played. Draw 1 card when a blue card is played.
Dommario	Collect 5,000 coins. Gold required: 1120	Gain 2 Duration when Dommario is played. Deal 40 damage when a purple card is played.
Lama Ladonna	Once you unlock Curse, play a dungeon with it at least 10%. Gold required: 1300	Increase damage 50% when Lama is played. Increase damage 15% when a blue card is played.
Bianca Ramba	Defeat the final boss in Dairy Plant (Milk Elemental). Gold required: 1330	Add 3 Amount when Ramba is played. Add 1 Amount when a purple card is played.
Porta	Defeat 2500 enemies to unlock Lightning Ring cards. Then, play them 100 times. Gold required: 1000	Add 25 Area when Porta is played. Add 1 Mana when a red card is played.
Mortaccio	Defeat 444 Skeletons. You can find them in the Mad Forest area. Gold required: 600	Add 2 Amount when Mortaccio is played. Add 1 Amount when a blue card is played.
Pugnala Provola	First, complete the Furious Forest. Then, find a coffin and defeat all the flying skeletons around it. Gold required: 1440	Increase damage 20% when Pugnala is played. Draw 1 card when a yellow card is played.
Yatta Cavallo	Defeat 250 Lion Heads. You can frequently find them in the Inlaid Library. Gold required: 600	Add 2 Amount when Cavallo is played. Add 1 Amount when a yellow card is played.
Giovanna Grana	Find the coffin in the last area of the Library (Sanctum). Gold required: 1360	Add 20 Luck when Giovanna is played. Draw 1 card when a purple card is played.
Krochi Freetto	Defeat 6,666 enemies. Gold required: 3000	Add 10 Revival when Krochi is played. Add 5 Revival when a Wild W card is played.
Suor Clerici	Recover 1000 HP via different methods. Gold required: 1760	Heal 3 when Clerici is played. Heal 1 after an encounter when a blue card is played.
O’Sole Meeo	Defeat 50 Dragon Shrimps found in Gallo Tower. Gold required: 2400	Add 3 Amount when O’Sole is played. Add 5 Luck when a red card is played.
Concetta Caciotta	Find the Coffin in Gallo Tower. Gold required: 1920	Add 10 Area when Concetta is played. Add 5 Area when a red card is played.
Iguana Gallo Valletto	Defeat Gallo at Gallo’s Tower (final boss). Gold required: 4800	Gain 25% more coins when Gallo is played. Gain 10% more coins when a Wild W card is played.
Christine Davian	Unlock the Pentagram card by reaching Level 35 in a run. Then, play the card at least once in the same run. Gold required: 2800	Reduce the Mana cost of the next card played by 1 when Christine is played. Prevent 1 enemy from attacking when a purple card is played.
Poppea	Find the Coffin in the Milk Factory. Gold required: 2200	Increase Hand by 1 when Poppea is played. Gain 1 Duration when a yellow card is played.

Tanned Leather is one of the more important resources in Windrose, and it has different purposes. Obtaining this leather isn’t too difficult, but you’ll need to clear a fair bit of in-game content and build an additional item.

Let’s find out how you can get a steady supply of Tanned Leather in the game.

How to get Tanned Leather in Windrose

Tanned Leather can be crafted in Windrose. For starters, you’ll need to collect raw hides. Raw hide can be obtained quite easily, but you’ll need to hunt. If you’re in the early game stage, either wolves or deer work. They’re not so dangerous, and you can kill them quite easily. You’ll also need your skinning knife in hand to get the hide.

Now that you have your hide, you’ll need to get a Tanning Rack. This item has to be unlocked via its recipe, and it allows you to dry raw hide. This process is necessary when you want to convert raw hide into Tanned Leather.

You can make Clay Bottles from the Alchemy Table. Once it’s done, you can now make Tannin with Hardwood Bark and a Clay Bottle. You’ll need this item for the production of Tanned Leather.

Once you have built and placed your Tanning Rack, add the raw hide to one of its slots. Add either a tanning agent or a source of fuel that will be consumed during the process. If you have Tannin, it will work just fine.

You’ll need to wait for some time for the process to complete. Once done, you’ll have your Tanned Leather.

How to use Tanned Leather in Windrose

Tanned Leather has plenty of use when it comes to crafting armor. Almost every mid and end-game item will need Tanned Leather. The demand for it goes up once you unlock Foothills, which is the second biome in the game.

However, you can start collecting the required materials like Clay and Rough Hides early to make things easier when you’ll actually need Tanned Leather in your inventory.
