How to complete Data Reconstruction 2 in Marathon – Harvest Logs and Data Repositories locations

The Data Reconstruction 2 contract is a priority quest for the NuCaloric faction that you can complete to get some valuable rewards in Marathon. Moreover, completing them will also improve your standing with the NuCaloric faction. Split between two tasks, the action takes place on the Dire Marsh map.

The contract can be broken down into the following parts.

• Download harvest logs from Algae Ponds
• Hack three Data Repositories in AI Uplink

How to download harvest logs from Algae Ponds

Since the Algae Ponds is a named location, finding it won’t be difficult. The building has a bright cyan coating, so it’s pretty easy to spot. Once you go inside, go to the second floor.

Take the stairs to go to the second floor and head to the room with a massive glass display. There, you’ll find the terminal. Interact with the terminal to download the harvest logs, which completes the first task.

How to hack three Data Repositories in AI Uplink

To complete the second task, you’ll need to find three Data Repositories in the AI Uplink location. They’re located on the catwalk. You can approach from either the western side or the eastern side. I will strongly advise going in from the east because the western part has a bunch of UESC patrol enemies.

Once you reach the catwalk, you’ll find the three repositories along the path. These are small terminal units attached to the structures. Interact with them to complete the hacking process, and do these for all three repositories. Finishing the second task will also complete the second Data Reconstruction contract.

The second contract in the Equitable Distribution has two different tasks to complete. This guide will provide you with details about all the tasks and how to complete them.

Here are the two tasks of the Equitable Distribution 2 contract.

• Summon Transport Drone via the second-floor terminal in Algae Ponds
• Exfil UESC Supplies and Drone Manifest

How to Summon Transport Drone via the second-floor terminal in Algae Ponds

The first task is to reach floor 2 of the main building in Algae Ponds. You can find Algae Ponds quite easily since it’s a named POI on Dire Marsh. Once you find the building, take the stairs to reach toe the second floor.

The quest marker will appear once you’re on the second floor. Reach the terminal and interact with it to complete the hack. Finishing the hack will summon a transport that you’ll need to shoot down. Once you’re on the second floor, you’ll find a hallway with green structures. Go through the plastic strip curtains, and you’ll find the terminal hidden behind some large industrial filters in the next room.

How to get the UESC Supplies and Drone Manifest

Once you’ve hacked the terminal, you’ll find an airborne drone. The quest marker will show it, so it’s impossible to miss. Shoot it down before it manages to escape. Slavage its remains, and you’ll find the UESC supplies and the manifest.

To complete the contract, you’ll need to exfil successfully with both items. If you die in the process, you’ll have to restart on a new run.
