The answer is quite simple: you’ll want to get more Wheelspin and Super Wheelspin draws. The latter is just Wheelspin on steroids, where you get three draws instead of one. There are different ways to get more draws.

• Some cars offer the Super Wheelspin perk, which rewards you with additional draws.
• Wheelspin perks are received when you complete different parts of the Collection Journal.
• Obtain more draws as random rewards occasionally from Festivals and developers.

If you’re a beginner, you’ll need to get an invite to the Horizon Invitational. Complete the initiation to get your first Wristband and unlock the Wheelspin option.
