Now that Pocahontas has joined your Disney Dreamlight Valley village, she’ll call upon you for help from time to time, starting with The Three Sisters Garden quest. She wants to set up a traditional Native American garden in the valley, but she can’t do it alone.
Like most missions, this one has some fairly tricky parts to work through. It’s a crucial task to tackle as soon as possible after you unlock Pocahontas, though, as you’ll want to get it done to swiftly raise your friendship with her. Here’s a complete walkthrough for The Three Sisters Garden quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to complete The Three Sisters Garden in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Gather the materials needed to set up Pocahontas’s garden
To get this mission started, you need to gather all of the required materials for Pocahontas’s garden. The items she asks you to get include:
- 12 Soil – Found by digging the ground anywhere in the valley. Removing small and large Rubble Piles also drops this resource.
- 10 Pebbles – Obtained by digging around certain locations, including Dazzle Beach, Forest of Valor, Sunlit Plateau, and Forgotten Lands. It can also be found in Wishing Alps if you have Wishblossom Ranch. Kristoff’s Stall may sometimes have it for sale, too.
- 10 Softwood – Spawns on the ground near trees throughout certain biomes. Areas you can check for it include the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust. With the A Rift in Time DLC, you can also check The Docks, The Courtyard, The Overlook, and The Ruins.
Craft the Garden Setup
Once you have all the required resources, head to any crafting station to craft the Garden Setup. At the crafting station, click on Pocahontas’s quest icon to spend your materials and craft this item.
Meet Pocahontas inside her Yehakin
After making the Garden Setup, head inside Pocahontas’s Yehakin, wherever you decided to place her home in your village when you unlocked her. If you forgot where you put it, check the map for the house marked with a purple circle. Chat with Pocahontas once you’re inside to see what she wants you to do next.
Go to Wall-E’s house
Someone took Pocahontas’s seeds for the garden, and judging by the marks on the ground, you determine that it must have been Wall-E. Travel to Wall-E’s house, wherever you have it placed, to chat with him about the situation. At this stage of the quest, his home will be marked by a purple circle like Pocahontas’s was, making it easy to locate if you forgot where you put it. Chat with Wall-E once you’re there.
Gather some resources
With the mystery of who took the seeds now solved, it’s time to gather some more essential items. This time around, you need to find:
- Five Seaweed – Can be found when fishing anywhere.
- Two Shrimp – Can be caught from blue or white ripple spots around Dazzle Beach.
Once you have the required items, meet up with Pocahontas to give them to her.
Dig out the Three Sisters Seeds
Now, head to the Forest of Valor biome to hunt for some Three Sisters Seeds Pocahontas previously buried there. You can find them in dig spots situated close to the river that runs through this region. Their exact spawn spots vary for all players, but they’ll always be near the river, so start at one end and work your way to the other to find all of them.
The seed spots look the same as regular dig spots, so unfortunately, there’s no way to distinguish them from other spots. It’s best to use your Royal Shovel to dig all spots you find in this area to ensure you don’t miss any. Once you have all three, meet up with Pocahontas to pass them over.
Plant the Three Sisters Seeds
Now that you’ve got the seeds, it’s time to get them growing. Dig up three spots in any biome and plant the Three Sisters Seeds. Water them and wait five minutes for them to grow, at which point you can then harvest them.
Gather ingredients
The next step is to once again gather some key items. Here are the ingredients you need this time.
- Three Sisters Seeds – Obtained from the previous step.
- Three Onions – Seeds can be bought from Goofy’s stall in the Forest of Valor biome. They can then be planted and grown in about one hour and 15 minutes, or one hour and seven minutes if you plant them in the Forest of Valor.
- Three of any Spice – Can be found in the wild around most biomes. There are lots of different Spices you can find, like Basil, Oregano, Dill, Cumin, Mint, Nutmeg, Garlic, and Ginger.
Cook the Succotash
Head to any cooking station once you have all the required ingredients. Click on the Succotash recipe and toss in one Three Sisters Harvest, one Onion, and one Spice. Repeat this process two times, so you have a total of three Succotash. Then, bring the cooked meals to Pocahontas.
Place the Powhatan Picnic in the valley
Now that the meal is made, it’s time to enjoy it. Open your inventory, click on the Furniture tab, and select Pocahontas’s quest icon. Click on the Powhatan Picnic to place it anywhere in your village. Then, chat with Pocahontas one last time to finish The Three Sisters Garden quest.
