The Modern Prometheus quest is an endgame task in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check that will expose you to the madness of a particular NPC.
The action begins on day 20 when you’ll meet an NPC named Stuart, who will have a proposition that sounds lunatic to say the least. If you do decide to help him out, here’s how you can do so.

How to start the Modern Prometheus quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
The quest triggers when you begin Day 20. You’ll meet a survivor named Stuart (his appearance will vary across saves). He will tell you that the undead besieged his bunker, and he had managed to secure the head of a project he was working on.
You’ll find the head from Stuart’s bag. Your first job is to confiscate it immediately (Stuart will then start telling his story). Confiscating the infected body part will cost you a few bucks. You can choose to liquidate Stuart, as he should be tagged as infected, as per the rules. However, you can also choose to send him to the Survivor’s Block to continue the questline.
How to find the zombie parts in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
This part of the task will depend on your luck. You’ll need to wait for another survivor to arrive with the remaining three missing zombie body parts. Of course, this NPC will be carrying a bag, and you’ll need to open it to find the infected parts.
What you do with this survivor doesn’t matter. Immediately confiscate the remaining body parts and talk to Stuart. Go to the Survivor’s Block, and you’ll find Stuart waiting for you. He will tell you about beginning his experiment that evening. Your task for the remainder of the day will be to finish all your inspections.
When you wake up the next morning, you’ll get a notification about deaths in the block, which, to nobody’s surprise, is due to Stuart’s mad experiment. Your last task will be to kill all the zombies you find in the Survivor’s Block.
After you’ve killed all the zombies with your pistol, you’ll get to learn that Stuart’s experiment was actually successful. However, he had to pay for it with his life. You’ll find a collectible in his tent, along with $500 for all the trouble you’ve gone through.
