Scheduling TikTok posts can save hours each week. Here’s how to plan, schedule, and publish your content on desktop and mobile.
The most common question I've heard in our Discord this year went from "I don't know what to post" to "I'm posting consistently. Now how do I actually grow?"
So that's what we're doing next.
Creator Camp: Growth edition is a free, four-week challenge for creators who've got the rhythm down and are ready to grow their reach, audience, and authority. It runs June 1 to June 29, and sign-ups are open.
If you joined our first Creator Camp earlier this year and built a posting habit you're proud of, this is the natural next step. If you didn't, no problem. There are no prerequisites. You just need to be ready to put yourself in front of more of the right people.

How Growth is different from the last Camp
The first editions of Creator Camp focused on consistency, with daily prompts and a system geared towards making posting feel less like a chore. And it worked! Many members of our community came out the other side with a consistent rhythm.
Growth is a different beat.
Instead of here's what to post today, every prompt pairs a specific growth move with the post you make about it: The action is the content. You comment, follow, DM, reshare, repurpose, tag, or bridge into a new corner of your niche, and then you post the receipts.
A few other things that are new this time:
- Five actions a week from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
- Four weekly themes, in order: Visibility, Authority, Connection, and Growth. And each week builds on the last.
- Platform-agnostic prompts. Run them on LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, Bluesky, wherever you're trying to grow.
- Ready-to-use templates. The week's prompts show up in Buffer's Template Library so you can plan ahead and schedule when it fits your week.
The four-week arc
Each week follows a theme in this order:
- Week 1: Visibility through engagement. Get seen by the right people by showing up in the right rooms.
- Week 2: Build authority. The prompts this week are about staking your claim on the corner of the internet you actually want to own.
- Week 3: Content that connects. The prompts get sharper here, encouraging DMs, conversations, the kind of moves that turn followers into real people you've talked to.
- Week 4: Grow with intention. Compound the previous three weeks. By the end, you should have a small evidence file of what's working for you, not just what works in general.
How it works
- Weekly drops in the Template Library. Every Sunday, you'll get the five action prompts for that week, dropped all at once, so you can plan ahead. Open Buffer, head to Create → Templates, and they'll be waiting.
- Daily prompts in Discord. The same five prompts also drop daily in the #creator-camp channel, so the cohort moves together. Share your post link, react to other Campers' work, and swap notes on what's landing.
- Weekly check-ins. Every Friday, we do a pulse check in Discord. How did the week feel? What worked? Who do we want to shout out? It's a real touchpoint, not a forced one.
- Mid-camp Zoom happy hour (June 17). Halfway through, we hop on a camera-optional Zoom for a casual hour together. Open Q&A, community vibes, no agenda slides. Low pressure on purpose.
- A friendly Discord cohort. This is still the heart of Camp. The whole thing works because there's a group of creators doing the same actions in the same week. You're not posting into the void.
How much time do I need?
Most Campers will spend 30 minutes a day doing the action, writing the post, and checking in with the cohort. Some prompts take less. A few take more (especially in Week 3, when we get into DMs and conversations).
If you tack on the mid-camp happy hour and the Friday check-ins, you're looking at about two to three hours a week, total.
Who is Growth for?
You'll get the most out of Growth if you're:
- Already posting on a semi-regular basis and ready to compound that effort
- Curious about what actually moves the needle on your platform, not just what's trending
- Open to doing the unsexy stuff (engaging, DMing, repurposing) instead of waiting for a viral moment
- Looking for a structured way to grow without burning out
Ready to grow on purpose?
Camp opens June 1, runs through June 29, and it's completely free.
Here's what happens when you sign up:
- Fill out the Typeform. Takes about 30 seconds.
- You'll get a welcome email with Discord access and a few pre-Camp notes.
- On June 1, your first prompt drops in Discord and the Week 1 templates go live in Buffer's Template Library.
That's it. Show up, do the actions, post the receipts, and share with the cohort.
See you at Camp.
