How to complete the Mother’s Day challenge in BitLife

Mother's day challenge art in bitlife

Many of BitLife’s weekly trials are themed around various holidays, like the Mother’s Day challenge. As the name hints, you need to tackle an array of mother-related tasks to get it done.

Every mission included in this challenge either asks you to tackle quests tied to your own mother or act as one for your own children. It’s quite a lot to get done, so here’s how to complete the Mother’s Day challenge in BitLife.

BitLife Mother’s Day challenge walkthrough

There are five key goals featured in the Mother’s Day BitLife challenge, making it just a bit shorter than the average weekly trial. The five missions you need to get done are:

  • Be kind to your mother.
  • Buy your mother a house.
  • Mother 3+ children.
  • Buy each of your children a house.
  • Have a perfect relationship with each of your children.

These missions require you to complete some tasks associated with your own mother, as well as quests tied to becoming a mother and having children. It’s not one of the absolute toughest weekly challenges to get done, but there’s still some fairly tricky parts, so here’s a full breakdown of everything you need to do for each goal.

Be kind to your mother in BitLife

Your first mission is to be kind to your mother. This is the overall easiest quest to get done, so you start things off fairly simply. To finish this task, click on the Relationships tab, scroll down to the Parents section, click on your Mother, and choose to pay her a Compliment or Spend Time with her. Either option will check off the be kind to your mother goal.

Buy your mother a house in BitLife

The second quest you need to get done is to buy your mother a house. This one requires you to first have a solid amount of money on hand, as buying a home is fairly costly. Once you’ve got some cash, click on the Assets tab, scroll down to find and select the Go Shopping… option, and select any Realtor to browse available house listings.

Once you have a house you’re willing to give to your mother, click on the Assets tab again, find and select the Properties option, choose the house you want to give her, and select the Gift option. Choose your mother as the recipient, then click the Give it away option to finalize the process.

When attempting to give your mom a home, there’s a chance she may not want it. If this happens, try again later. If she still doesn’t want it, age up and give it another shot. It may not work even then, though, which unfortunately means you’ll have to start a fresh life with a different mother to try again.

Mother 3+ children in BitLife

Next up, you need to mother three children. For this one, you just need to have three kids to check it off. These three children are essential for the two other missions you need to tackle to finish this challenge, so this is a key goal to check off as early on as possible.

Buy each of your children a house in BitLife

Once you’ve got three kids, you need to buy each one a house. This requires you to purchase and gift a total of three homes. This process can be completed using the same steps as when you did so for your mother.

To get started, locate and select the Assets tab, choose the Go Shopping… option, and select any available Realtor to look through the available homes. Buy any three you want to give away to your kids.

Once you’ve got a home you wish to grant one of your children, select the Assets tab again, scroll down to Properties, and locate the house you want to give away. Choose the Gift option on it, then select one of your kids as the recipient. Repeat this process two more times for two other children to check off this quest. Be careful when gifting a house to ensure you gift one house to each of your children and don’t accidentally give away two homes to the same child.

Have a perfect relationship with each of your children in BitLife

The final task featured in this challenge is to have a perfect relationship with each of your children. This one’s not too tough, as you just need to perform positive interactions with them to build your bond. You can do so by selecting the Relationships tab, clicking on one of your children, and choosing positive actions like Compliment, Gift, Conversation, and Spend Time. Repeat these tasks regularly with each child until the challenge goal is checked off.

If you’re up for some more BitLife fun after checking off this challenge, there are plenty of other ones you can dive into next from the vault. Some trials you may wish to try out next are the Real Housewife challenge, the Attack Titan challenge, the Lucky Duck challenge, and the Kahlo My World challenge.

Forza Horizon 6 Ice

Forza Horizon 6 somehow leaked and was cracked wide open over the weekend, leading to some players gaining access to it well ahead of its launch day.

The game isn’t due to launch until May 19 (the Premium Edition gets access four days earlier), but many have somehow unlocked and begun playing the game as early as a few days ago. Gameplay videos have begun appearing on YouTube, Twitch, and other websites, and it’s gotten a bit out of hand, forcing the game’s devs to address it.

It seems that players accessing the game likely has something to do with an early access review build appearing as 155 GB of unencrypted downloadable files on SteamDB, and developer Playground Games says it is “not the result of a pre-load issue.” It’s possible that a content creator or reviewer with early access broke embargo and made it all possible.

“We are taking strict enforcement action against any individuals found accessing this build including franchise-wide and hardware bans,” Playground said. “We encourage fans to sit tight for the game’s release on May 19.”

The full game is now reportedly appearing on piracy sites, although some who have accessed it say they were able to do so simply by pre-ordering. The player who was first to crack the game says that its files were not encrypted, so it’s turned into a bit of a blame game.

No matter who or what is at fault, Playground says it may be banning people who play it early, and some have taken exception to that by claiming that it was a mistake on the studio’s end and that they should not be punished for playing the game early because of it.

But for those who pirated the game illegally once it leaked, there’s no real argument to be had, so think twice before booting up the game before it’s unlocked for real later this week or next, depending on which edition you buy.
